Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

This is my third inquiry. My 91y/o uncle has been told he must represent himself on Feb. 3 in a dissolution of marriage case. He was deemed totally disabled in a Conservator/Guardianship case. Missouri law states that a totally disabled person "is presumed to be incompetent for all legal purposes". How can said person represent himself in any case involving his home and property? Thank you very much for your response.

He should file a complaint with the Commission on Retirement & Removal of Judges. His conservator should hire him an attorney or apply for a public defender.
