Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

So I am pro se. Her attorney has made error of proper time for notice on about every motion. Now, newest notice is for hearing for "Defendant's notice for Plaintiff's Motion to Dismiss". I do not have a motion up for dismissal at this time. They did certificate of service and notice on same page...looks like they are cutting costs as never had that done. Also no copy of the motion attached. So not sure what the motion is really all about. How does one handle something like that?

Most people hire an attorney once they get confused. The next best thing is to look at the Court's nrecord to see what if any motion has been filed.

Good luck
