Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I received a court order for child support in Prince George's County, MD in Jan 2006 and currently live in Jackson County, MO. I'd like to file a Contempt of Court Order for non-payment of child support but I'm not sure as to what state to file the paper work in. Should I file in the state that I'm currently registered in (Missouri), or in the state that is to enforce the child support (Maryland)?

Generally you may file suit to enforce in the state and county where the Order was issued (maybe not helpful), where the child resides (maybe useful) or where the obligor lives (possibly most useful)

Good luck
