Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I was served with a summons motion to modify today. Do I need to have an attorney represent me answering this form back to the court or can I represent myself? Or do I have to respond back to the attorney who sent the paperwork to me?

You should consult directly with a family law attorney in your area. You might choose to have them represent you in this matter. You must respond, or risk losing by default. If the other party is represented by counsel, you respond to them, instead of their client.. You will also seems the original if your pleadings to the Court.
