Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

wrote a up a parenting plan, signed by both parents and notorized. Is it a binding contract in a court of law in the state of missouri?

An attorney would need to read the document to provide an opinion whether or not it is a "binding contract". Unless it is part of a legal proceeding, approved and signed by the Judge as a part of the Judegment entered, it is not what we would consider a "Parenting Plan" as that term is used in today's legal system.
