Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Missouri

Failed to complete community service hours, again.

I don't have a reason. Is there a way to avoid going to jail in my hearing tommorrow?

Re: Failed to complete community service hours, again.

In the first place, this does not sound like a civil case if you are required to do community service and are concerned about going to jail. Your question was posted under the category "General Civil Litigation" and probably should have been listed as "Criminal". A proper listing will mean that more attorneys with criminal defense experience are likely to read your question and respond. If you have an attorney, your attorney may be able to get you even more time to complete the community service, or possibly convert the community service to a fine. If you do not have an attorney, you should hire one, and it won't be easy the day before court!
