Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Missouri

Quit Claim Deed after divorce

Three properties involved. Husband got two rentals; Wife got residence. When I called to ask how ex-husband wants to do QC transaction, he hung up the phone. I only identified myself and he hung up. How do I get this done without his cooporation and as inexpensive as possible, as well as take myself off the rental properties? Thank you.

I would need to know more information. Also, I am not sure what you mean by "QC Transaction." I assume this is referring to a quit claim deed but don't know what it is for.

When people get divorced, there are several ways to get the property distributed and get your name off of a mortgage. One of the best ways to get a name off a mortgage is simply to refinance.

I may be able to offer you more specific information if I get more input from you. Please call or email me if you would like to discuss further.
