Do not what to do after all this???
If a girl who is about 4 years older than me, forced me to meet her up in Illinois in hotels which she would pay for, could she be charged for anything. She said she would ruin my reputation. She has made me drop out of school and flee from the country because she was making false claims against me and threatening me

It is very unlikely she would be charged. That would not prevent you from bringing a civil claim, however, I would not rate your chances of success very highly.

You should take your matter to the Police. If she is getting you to do what you would not otherwise do by coercion, it could be viewed as extortion.
