statue of limations

i need to know what the statue of limitations in the state of mo.

i was in a auto accident 4 years ago and insurance still has not setteled with me.

Generally speaking, the statute of limitations for an auto accident that happens in Missouri is 5 years. There are some exceptions, but not many.

Generally, you have five years from the date of a car crash to file suit, or are barred from so doing. If you are a minor, or were at the time, there are some extensions possible.
