Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri

I let someone move into my loft because she was evicted from her home, no contract no lease, just that she pay for the electric she uses there. Now she has changed the locks on MY loft! I was told I could change the locks, have them taken off or kick the door down it's MY property. what can I do, She will not give me a key.I don't want to get into her stuff but she doesn't have a right as basically ''a guest'' to keep me from my loft.

It sounds like you need to evict her. Send her aleter terminating her tenency. Then file an unlawful Detainer action in the Circuit Court where the property is located.
