Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

Estate Law

If one sibling has had all of the parent's money rolled over into a trust leaving the other siblings out, can this be challenged in court. The parent was not of sound mind; he committed suicide after several years of dementsia (sp?)

Re: Estate Law

Thank you for your question. Yes, if one sibling were to somehow usurp inheritance for his own benefit, you may be able to challenge this. The big question is whether your parents had a will, and what did that will say? Another issue would be how long ago did this all take place - if I am reading your question correctly the action in questions occurred some years ago?

There are a number of different ways we could go with this discussion. Please feel free to email me for more insight and so I may answer your questions more precisely. [email protected]
