Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

My parents died this year and left most their property in a trust to be divided by their children equally. They had a trust checking account and a personal checking account beneficiared at their death to the trust. If they purchased items through these accounts would they be trust assets or items for probate? In the state of Missouri.

The purchased assets are not necessarily in the trust. What were the assets? If they are personal property then that is a little tough to determine, but if all beneficiaries are in agreement it isn't a problem.. If it is a "titled" asset, then it all depends on how it is titled.

I hope this helps. You may contact us at [email protected] if you need additional help.
