Legal Question in Workers Comp in Missouri

Injured at work - Off the clock

Mu husband's work has a basketball goal set up in their warehouse for the employees to play on breaks and after work. My husband was playing a basketball game after work one day, he was clocked out but on compnay premises and he injured his knee, the doctor stated possible ACL tear and my husband has been out of work since early March and was just release form his doctor to go back to work this past week. Can my husband claim worker's compensation since he was injured on the companies premises? Sould they pay for the doctor's visits and lost pay?

I do not know the simple answer to your question, but I do know that these types of issues come up quite often in the field of worker's compensation law.
