Re: Settlement for Back Injury

First, I am sorry that you were injured. It sounds like a very serious and a very painful injury to me. I hope that you are already being represented by an attorney and that you are just looking for some opinions about the value of your claim in order to make a good decision regarding settlement. If not, it is important that you hire an attorney to protect your legal interests before you go any further with your claim. Perhaps the doctor hired by your employer's insurance company has given you a 20% rating. If you haven't been rated by a doctor of your own lawyer's choosing, you should be. It is surprising sometimes how much two medical opinions may differ, and the 20% rating may be low. If you are not already represented, you may call me for a free telephone consultation at 314-727-2822. Whether you call me or not, please be sure to consult with an attorney of your own. You will receive more compensation for your injury even after the attorney's fees are paid then you would if you settled the claim on your own. Good luck!
