Re: I want to return a car I just bought

There is no grace period to return a car in Nevada. However, if there is fraud or a representation that you can return a car, you may be able to rescind the deal.

An attorney would have to review all of the paperwork and have the purchaser explain what happened. Is the buyer qualified for a loan? Has the car been involved in a prior crash? Is the buyer mentally competent? What did the salesman tell the buyer. These are some of the kinds of questions that the buyer would need to answer for an attorney to determine whether there is any way to rescind the deal.
