Answer to Court Summons

I am in receipt of summons from Second District Court. Washoe County, Nevada. Local law firm acting for Plaintiff

(Beneficial Nevada Inc) alleges failure to comply with loan contract. Summons dated 22 November and allows 20 days for response, meaning I must file with Court Clerk no later than Tomorrow, 10 December. Need to download and fill out appropriate legal form. Please advise.

It's impossible to know what the appropriate responsive pleading is without knowing more about the merits of the complaint and your defenses. Make sure you talk to an attorney to file the appropriate pleading on your behalf, or at least get an extension of time in which to do so from the Plaintiff, as failure to do so may result in you losing by default.
