First offense DUI

I was arrested for DUI in Nev. First offense and do not know what the BAC is because they took a blood sample and results take 608 weeks from the lab. I have legal respresentation- arraingment is 5/7/08 will plead not guilty - because I do not know BAC. What are the first offense DUI sentnece in Nev? Is it possible my lawyer can plea bargin down?
