Legal Question in DUI Law in Nevada

First offense DUI

I was arrested for DUI in Nev. First offense and do not know what the BAC is because they took a blood sample and results take 608 weeks from the lab. I have legal respresentation- arraingment is 5/7/08 will plead not guilty - because I do not know BAC. What are the first offense DUI sentnece in Nev? Is it possible my lawyer can plea bargin down?

Most likely, the DA will offer you a plea bargain. Your lawyer might be able to talk the DA into even a better deal than first offered, depending on the facts. Before accepting any offer, you should make sure you understand all the implications, including the effect on your license at the DMV.
