Abandonment

I have not been with my husband for over 8 years. We were married for 4 before we seperated. We have been married for 13 years. I do not know where he is. How can I get about getting a divorce?

If you cannot locate him, the court will allow publication in lieu of actual service on him. If he fails to respond to the publication then you proceed by way of a default.
