Annulment

After getting married in Las Vegas, I foung out that my spouse was already married in another state. Is the marriage automatically void? If not what do I do?

I agree. You can get an annulment in Las Vegas because you were married here or get an annulment in Utah where you live.

You need to get a Decree of Annulment. Otherwise it will be presumed you're married and your spouse is a bigamist.
