child support

My boyfriend and his ex have 50-50 custody of their 4 year old son. She constantly forgets to pay her half of her sons daycare, and they were threatning to kick him out. Is it okay for dad to pay all of the daycare and take her half out of the child support?

Re: child support

He cannot unilaterally change his child support obligation. He can ask the Judge to allow him to do that, but not on your suggestion.
