co-habitation agreement

What type of form can two senior citizens need to sign a co-habitation agreement. We do not want to get married but we do want to share a home and a life. We both have trust agreements that can not allow for a re-marriage.

You might want to sign a cohabitation agreement so that there is no future disagreement about assets you purchase using your joint funds. Feel free to call.
