Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

Divorce property agreement

My and my ex wife were divorced 8/1/07 through a joint petition. I signed one paper through the use of a notary public that was the husbands verification. This was the only paper she brought. As I was looking through all the signed documents I saw several different colors of ink and handwriting styles. My initials were placed next to the boxes that we already divided property and it says weve waived rights to a notice of entry of decree of divorce, to appeal, to findings of fact and conclusion and to move for a new trial. Do I have any options since I did not initial or sign anything besides one paper in front of a notary? I was never given any copies of anything or served. I want the case reopend so we can divide the 24000 of debt.

Re: Divorce property agreement

You have only 6 months to set aside a divorce unless you can prove fraud and then you have 2 years. Property and debt settlements otherwise cannot be modified like alimony and child suppot.
