Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

I filed for divorce in the state of NV on my own with the papwerwork that was offered to me in my county. I am having my husband served the papers in the next few days where I know that he has 20 days to respond. If not he is in default and I can file a request of submission document, BUT I have case management conference set up on aug 27 and the lady that set this up stated if we show up and we agree then I will be divorced that day. But my questions are if my husband does not show up on August 27 will my divorce still be granted that day. Also if he does not reply to the summons and I file a request for submission could be divorce be granted on that alone before the August 27 date. PLEASE HELP!!!

Always submit the Default on day 21 and when you get it issued sumit the Decree and Request for Submission. If the Judge insists on you attending the case management conference request the the Default Decree be signed if your husband is a no show. If he shows and you can settle great; if not get a trial date asap.
