what do I need to do to get full custody of my children

Right now i have 50% custody but my childrens fother wont take them to the docter appointments or wont go to school conferans im the only one that takes them to the docters appointments and when he haves the children he wont let me take them hell tell his new wife to cancel the appointments or she cancels them by her self my 8 year old child had in emergency appointment and his wife called to cancel it they maid another appointment and didn't take her to that one ethier. Will this help me in any way to reay open the case and is their a persent that I could get full custody

You will have to show that the welfare of the children will be substantially enhanced by a change of custody from the was it is now. You will have to establish by solid evidence that there is neglect and/or abuse going on with the other parent's care of the children.
