Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

My husband and I are separated (not legally), he was fired, when the insurance ran out without telling me he got new insurance (pays out of pocket) for him and the boys. Is he still legally responsible for my insurance cost until the divorce if final or not?

He is not really responsible like he is for the kids for your medical insurance. You should file a motion to make him pay for your insurance coverage.
