legal marriage

My husband lied on our marriage liscence and I wwas wondering if wew are legally married. We got married in Clark Co, Neveda Dec 10,2005.

The lie would have to be very serious and you have to prove it by clear and convincing evudence.

Like the other attorneys, it depends on the lie. You are eligible for an annulment in Las Vegas if the lie is sufficient. There is also a real possibility that you would not even have to come here.
