You don't have to move out. Nevada is a community property state, not a title state. The name on property means nothing in a marriage.

Re: not married 9 years what is my right

You need a lawyer so that you can fight for your rights. While you are not entitled to damages/money for his emotional cheating, you are entitled to half of everything he bought since you were married, presuming he paid for it from his job.

I am willing to take your case and get paid from him or from your property after it is sold. If that is ok, please email me.

You have rights that you can pursue through an attorney. Since you have a child together he will need to pay you child support. Pursuing the property will be harder. Since you were not married you are not entitled to 50% of the equity in those homes. If you are on the title you will have an easier time with those assets.
