Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

In Nevada, can a divorced mother living with and having primary custody of two minor children (father has limited weekend visitation rights) be prevented legally by the father from cohabiting with a man of her choice while still retaining custody of her children?

The short version: no. Of course, the devil is in the details -- if the new cohabitant has, say an extensive criminal record relating to children, the father might well have objections to that person being around the kids, and a reviewing court might well agree with him. But if the objection is just personal, or allegedly one of "morals," the answer, pretty clearly in Nevada today, is no.
