Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

I owned my home 11 years prior to being married for the last 8 years in nevada there is no equity in home and i am only one on loan what are legal answers for this in divorce the home is not worth what is owned and there is a 40,000 second mortgage since we have been married if home was made to be sold are both parties responsible for 2nd mortgage and the difference in home to loan value

Sounds like community debt subject to equitable division. Possible bankruptcy options. Person keeping home could assume all debt and hold other harmless. Did second mortgage pay off other community assets? I charge $100 for consultations.
