Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

my husband passed away in nevada. his death certificate reads 'divorced' but we were not. vital statistics is asking for a 'certified court order' to amend his death certificate. i cannot find forms to download, or info as how to proceed. i live in california. what can i do? how long does it take such procedure?
