ihave been helping raising my ex-fiecee two minor children age 4 and 5.they call me mom.he lets them.they bio mom.only have them 6 days a month.we been in courts against her.nothaving kids.now i been removed out his home we moved in together.we been together 3yrs.i filde an motion for vitits,won an evidentary hearing.now he moved the bio mom in home so he can file taxes on kids,and not pay child support,can that be unstable,unfit.he was leting kids see and talk to me before she moved in. wat are my chances visits.

Usually the biological parents can control who has visitation with the children including significant other adults who have established relationships with the children even including grandparents.
