Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

parental rights

I have taken my ex-wife to court for

the past 10 years for violating my

visitation. The courts have agreed

with me but slapped her on the wrist.

She is now trying to terminate my

parental rights. She has filed in a

different court than we have always

been in. Is there a way to get it back

to the original court?
