Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

Representing Military overseas

I'm in the militry serving our country overseas. I'm finding it difficult to find representation. Should I be able to get representation serving overseas? If not, what do I need to do? Can I have family handle any legal matters pertaining to child custody?
