What are the bail procedures in Clark County, Nevada?

Bail can be posted anytime after it is set. Bail can be posted in cash directly with the Court and you will get it back once the bail is exonerated at the end of the case. Otherwise a bailbondsmen will want 10% to post an insurance bond plus collateral for the full bail amount. Once the bail is exonerated the collateral will be released but the 10% is the fee to the bondsman.
