Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Nevada

CA or NV Jurisdiction

I'm being charged with a Tort RE: withdrawing my share of Nevada Trust from a CA bank. I've already been ''sanctioned'', in NV Court hearing, for not getting two other approval signitures. Can the CA bank branch sue me for my ''honest-to-god'' share withdrawl too? I thought all Trust jurisdiction belonged to the Courts of Nevada (or the state of Trust origin).

It may be res judicata or collateral estoppel. Everything depends on the paperwork and documentation you have. Please contact our office for review of your documentation and for an appointment. We will also have to review the California lawsuit you just received. 714 363 0220
