Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Nevada

Client satisfaction of their Attorney's job.

If I do not like the progress my Attorney is making on the Civil Suit I have filed, can I speak to the Judge who will preside over the trial? It is excessively slow and he has not deposed important people that can make or break the case for me. I have had important info for him and he will not return my phone calls, even after two weeks. I do not feel this is acceptable, I paid him a large retainer fee and he is treating me like I do not exist. Help! Any advice?

You can't talk to the judge. You can push your attorney to be more responsive or simply get a new attorney. Our NV member firm has an office in Las Vegas and handles litigation.
