Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Nevada
Okay. My husband is undocumented and currently has a warrant for uncompleted community service. I was wondering if he would be able to go and pay off the warrant at the court, and complete whatever hours that are needed, without getting arrested?

There is a very good chance that if he goes to court, DMV or anywhere official, or if he gets stopped by the police that he will get arrested.
