Legal Question in Employment Law in Nevada

This is a ranch question. I live on a Ranch and as part of my husbands job he's required to go to camp to take care of the cows. He takes horses but the ranch won't give him a pickup or radio if he was to get hurt. There is no cell service and he's very far out away from the ranch. Is there a law in nevada where his employer has to provide this stuff in case he is to get hurt?

Generally, an amployer has a duty to ensure that work conditions are reasonably safe for his or her employees. If you and your husband do not feel that his work conditions are safe, you may want to contact Nevada Occupational Safety and Health Administration at (702) 486-9020.
