Can I be threatened to settle an eitht figure case
For many years my lawyer stated that I had a locked case. Nothing could stop us from winning at least eight figures and he wrote this in many letters to my bank. A few weeks before our court date he tried to have me settle for six small figues and I refused. I and my family had been through tooooo much. He and his other lawyers got very angry and began to threaten me with phone messages which I have saved. There is alot more to this case but I am trying to keep it short. Is this legal or can I do I have any legal rights.
