Legal Question in Personal Injury in Nevada

Personal Injury

I was ran over by a School bus 3 years ago when i was 16. I only have a year left on my Limitations. i went to a lawyer and they dropped my case because my medical records stated that i was trying to save a skate board when i actually fell under the bus and got my leg ran over. Because of the medical records they are saying its going to put a Huge problem on my case. I need to know is there any way around that problem? and would Witness reports help my case at all. My injury was handled poorly and i was not even helped by the school district with them. What can i do??

Re: Personal Injury

It sounds like you have a serious case. Please contact me for a consulation. I certainly would like to speak to witnesses and learn additional facts. There may still be some liability for the School District, but if you are more than 50% responsible for the accident it will prevent you from recovering. Please contact my office for a freee consultation.

Re: Personal Injury

What do the other reports state? You would need good convincing testimony at trial.

Note I am a Nevada as well as California attorney with offices in both States.

Re: Personal Injury

Thank you for the inquiry. You have a potentially serious case. The witness statements would be critical, especially in light of what the medical reports state. Please contact me for a free consultation so that we can move forward with this matter.

Thank you,

Eric
