hit with concrete on the freeway

My son's truck was hit by a baseball size chunk of concrete by a Rinker Materials concrete truck. He got the number, filled out all the paperwork got the two estimates as required now they are refusing to pay for repairing his truck

If the damages is $5,000 or less take the company to Small Claim's Court.
