Assuming that no other special circumstances apply, you have two years from the date of the accident to bring a personal injury claim. If you seek ONLY property damage, you would have three years.

If you need an attorney to help you negotiate with the insurance company, please call me. Most insurance companies will only "lowball" people without attorneys. It's unfair, but it's the way the claim world works.
