Living trust

Does the documents for a trust that we be set up and submitted in Nevada have to be notorized by a fotory from Nevada or can it be done by a notory in another state?

I AGREE WITH JAMES, WITH ONE CAVEAT. IF THE DOCUMENT IS INTENDED TO BE INTERPRETED UNDER NEVADA LAW, BE SURE THE NOTARY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT CONFORMS TO NEVADA LAW. IF SPECIFIC LANGUAGE THEY USE IS NOT CONTAINED IN THE DOCUMENT, IT MIGHT NOT BE RECOGNIZED. MANY STATES HAVE DIFFERENT LANGUAGE, SO CHECK THIS.
