Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Nevada

I noticed several legal firms offer a small set fee for establishing a trust, but have been unable to locate one near Reno, NV. Can your service help? Most attorneys want thousands to do this.

Thanks.

Rick Williams Law Offices of Frederick D. (Rick) Williams, Chtd.

Our Sparks-based firm offers this service and has been constructing living trusts for more than a decade. The cost can vary a bit, but it mostly depends on two factors: The complexity of your assets, and; the complexity of your beneficiary statement. If you do not own out-of-state real property, any foreign financial investments or unusual collectibles, the assets side of the equation is generally pretty straight-forward. If, like most families, your intention is to leave your property to your family, friends and charity without complicated enduring sub-trusts or other specific long-term arrangements, that side of the calculation is simple, as well.

The full package contains much more than just the trust, too. Our package includes a will (for you and for your spouse, if you are married), durable power of attorney for assets, and complete health care documents, for example. It also has full instructions, guidelines, sample forms and letters and everything else to make it YOUR trust that you can manage and maintain without having to return to us on a regular basis for unnecessary updates that some offices expect. All the legal documents are guaranteed fully enforceable under Nevada law, and we present them in a very plain-English, fully understandable manner so you leave with confidence that you have a complete grasp of what you get from us.

Please call us during business hours (9:00am - 7:00pm) to learn how affordable it can be and to consider setting an appointment to talk further with us about your estate planning needs.
