Can you start a business while collecting workers compensation

You can not collect temporary total disability and earn a paycheck from working at the same time. This would be fraud.
All other benefits are unaffected if you work (e.g. medical treatment, etc.). In other words, so long as you are not collecting ttd benefits there exists no prohibition against starting a business.
