Legal Question in Workers Comp in Nevada
workmans compensation
I was injured at work 7/25 on lower back, workmans comp. provider never sent denial letter, but said over phone they were probably going to deny based on back injury 15 yrs ago. Tried to open up old case was told the first provider was responsible. Who would be?

Insurer has to send you a denial letter with appeals rights.
A pre-existing back condition may be a hurdle, but should not in and of itself keep your claim from being compensable.
