Non-payment of wages is a serious matter both under State and Federal law. Please contact my office for a free consultation and we will be happy to assist you. Under the law, we may be able to represent you at little or no cost to you and collect our fees from your employer.

Alternatively, you might seek to remedy the situation on your own by contacting the NH Department of Labor: http://www.labor.state.nh.us/wage_hour.asp

If your employer is still not honoring their obligation to pay you, then please do contact us for help. It is your RIGHT to be paid a fair and honest wage in a timely manner.
