Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Hampshire

I have a good tenant who follows most of the rules. I allowed 3 pets when she entered the apartment and she was good with them. "She has no lease." Suddenly her older dog died, I agreed to her getting another dog, "she got 2." Plus she got an additional cat. Then her sister came around with a larger dog and letting it run all around my yard. I asked 3 times for her to keep it leashed, she continued to let it run free. "she said it was under controll, it was not." I asked again and was called every name under the sun. I was also told to do "something" to myself. I said she was not allowed on my property anymore. She said as long as her sister paid rent I could do nothing about her coming on my property. Is this true, and if so what can I do?

You question indicates that there are "rules." A review of the rules by an attorney would be beneficial. In the end, your best option may be to start an eviction procedure to remove the tenant.
