Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Hampshire

Scary Tenants

What constitutes an immediate threat when you live in your home with the tenants. We have had a horrible experience with our tenants, threatening, non-payment when their utilities are included, renting movies on-demand not paying for them, found drug paraphanalia on our property where are children live, bringing violent criminals to stay over night which trespass all over our property, they have been arressted for posession while living at our property.

Re: Scary Tenants

DO you have a written lease? If so I would need to review it.

If not, are they month to month? If so give them immediate notice to move out at end of December. (Not 30 days from TODAY).

If they do not, or on Dec. 1 there are any amounts unpaid, bring an EVICTION action.

If there are any threats of VIOLENCE or actual criminal activity on site, CALL 911 and have them arrested.
