Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Hampshire

Tenant rights

I have a rental agreement with the person who owns the house I rent part of. Her daughter also rents part of the house. My lease agreement says I have 7 days to pay the daughter for the bills, she is now demanding payment in 2 days, what are my rights?

Re: Tenant rights

An attorney would need to see the lease agreement, and learn more about this situation before giving formal advice. However, in general, contract (i.e. lease) terms should take priority over the conflicting demands of the daughter. There may be more involved, so you should be careful not to take this as formal legal advice.
